  • I’m passionate about making things with incredibly talented people. I lead core creatives alongside specialists in UX, Motion, Content Production, and Technology to craft industry-leading work for any medium.

  • I combine compelling creative ideas with technology innovation to reimagine what’s possible. I work closely with Creatives, Developers and Technologists to prototype, build, QA, and implement highly accessible, pixel-perfect digital products and experiences.

  • As a Creative team leader I play a role in shaping team culture, morale, and developing programming and activities for the team to feel inspired, engaged, and connected.

  • As a manager of direct reports, I am interested in the growth, happiness, compensation, and well-being of creatives on my team. I evaluate their performance, provide in-the-moment coaching, and help them develop and meet goals through regularly scheduled 1:1 sessions.

  • As a cross-functional leader, I work closely with Project Managers and Producers to create resource plans, schedules, and estimates. In addition to managing full-time staff, I also help with sourcing and interviewing for open roles and freelancers.

    Create plans, lead workshops, creative exercises, and brainstorms for teams and clients to effectively solve creative problems. This includes documenting and establishing processes at a company level and implementation at a project level.
