I helped build the Samsung creative team at Edelman Digital where we transformed the largest PR firm in the world into an award-winning creative agency.
Edelman taught me how to harness the power of earned media and how to create press-worthy work at the intersection of culture and brand purpose. I managed social accounts for Samsung and we produced activations surrounding device launches, cultural moments like the Oscars, Sundance, SXSW, and artist partnerships.

As a manager of direct reports, I am interested in the growth, happiness, compensation, and well-being of creatives on my team. I evaluate their performance, provide in-the-moment coaching, and help them develop and meet goals through regularly scheduled 1:1 sessions.

As a cross-functional leader, I work closely with Project Managers and Producers to create resource plans, schedules, and estimates. In addition to managing full-time staff, I also help with sourcing and interviewing for open roles and freelancers.
